Here are the next 4 of my own designed blackwork bugs. The fun is over the hard work of making it into placemats has to start!

You will do well with your placemats. These bugs are fascinating. They look so real/Lillian

Really lovely - even for "bugs"!! I like how you used a variety of fill patterns for these designs. Can't wait to see the finished placemats. I'm sure they will turn out beautifully.

Bugs! Cute, variegated thread on a bold solid would look good don't you think?

Really cute designs. Love all the different patterns in them. There are some great mylar areas to make them sparkle.

I love the Blackwork look--look forward to seeing your placemats. I purchased a Blackwork Pack last year for my birthday from Emblibrary [with birthday percent off] and haven't stitched out the flowers yet! I am a very slow person.
