She will have this to treasure because you made it. I have done some but the last one I cut a friends wedding dress to make for DIL then made for her and Brides' mom. She only had sons so no one to pass her dress to.

Thank you for sharing this idea. I have my mother's dress and veil. Tried to sell it to the retro stores, they wouldn't even look at it. circa 1948-49.
