I am totally fed up. I have a really old Nokia cell phone. Decided on Friday to treat myself to a new one. I wanted a qwerty keyboard. Found a really nice one but when I got it home there was only ONE ring tone and there were other things I did not like - loved the keyboard. On Saturday I took it back. They exchanged it immediately and I decided to pay a bit more and left with a much better phone. I hate it. My fingers must be too big and I keep pressing all the wrong keys - it is a touch screen. It has no instruction book and I cannot send a message or phone. It goes back tomorrow. I am really irritated. Thank you for letting me rant - feel better now!!

Update.
Took the phone back and it appears to have a fault. Told them that I did not want it replaced. Have now gone for a Nokia with qwerty keyboard and loving it.
