I have revamped my bag-to-go & come up with this one. Now I have reread the comments from the last one & saw that someone mentioned loosing the pouch so I have been thinking how I could attach the bag pouch to the bag? Any suggestions? I much prefer this size & shape & I have boxed the corners as well. I also changed the handles which I like much better then the rose bag

Looking good Loralye!
You could attach it to the handle on one side. That way it is easy to see, out of the way, and could be used to carry something that needn't be in with the rest of the items.

Looks very nice and there has been so many new items lately with the kam snaps that I am now convinced I am missing out gotta get a pair.

Thank you so much Mary & I do love my snaps lol they are so easy to use & take very little pressure. ~hugs~ Hey maybe I can snap it to the bag!
I don't know what I am doing wrong with the Kam snaps. Sometimes they hold well and other times not. When I unsnap one side usually falls off even though the plastic looks smashed. Maybe, I am using too much pressure. I don't know. I recently made a cord wrap holder and every time I unsnap it one side falls off :(

I know! I know!! Excuse me for butting in here but I know what to do to attach the pouch to the bag! Stitch the one edge of the pouch to the top center of the inside of the bag! When using the bag it acts as a pocket to put change or small items. When done with the bag, flip the pouch up and out, turn the whole thing over, fold the bag and slip it right into the pouch!! You couldn't use the snap but you could use a button and loop for a closure! I made a bag/pouch using this method if you need pictures!! :) Just an idea! Have a great day!! I love your fabric and handle design too!!!

I like your idea of having the pouch attached and using it to store the bag in. I have a couple of these types of bags in the car and they are so handy, take up little space and no worries about losing a case to store them in.
a good idea thanks. ~hugs~

I love these bags! My mom has McCalls M6130 pattern that she uses to make these bags. There is a simple piece of fabric that is sewed on the side that you wrap around the folded bag and closes with velcro. It works perfectly and not hard to do at all.

Another great bag. I like "ruthied" idea of the holding bag inside the grocery tote. It won't get lost. Hugs

Very cute, love the material. You could attach a hair elastic to the bag and the pouch. That would hold them together and they come in lots of colors and are pretty cheap.

Very nice, Lor...you could always just attach a tether from the bag to the tote on the inside seam...that way they would always stay attached to each other
