I had to take my machine to the doctor today. She decided to stop working half way through a design, glad it was only a towel for a friend of my mum. (I can buy another) I wont get it back until August 3.

So sorry to read about your machine. It is when we don't have them that we miss them the most! Maybe you will get your machine back before August 3rd. -crossing fingers!

Oh, boy, I remember when I was without my Bernina, alot, very frustrating to have to wait so long, I know how you feel......hopefully they will call you sooner

If they get a chance to get her fixed earlier they will. They are very busy.

My baby needs to go in for her yearly checkup, but I've been told she will be gone 2 weeks and I just can't make myself load her up, she's not old enough to be out on her own for so long. It would be different if I could visit and be sure she has clean needles and bobbins to snack on, but they don't allow the parents in the back.

I got to go in the back when i took her in. They don't see many of my machine (Janome MB4) so i had to give them a quick lesson. I had no choice but to take her as the needles were seizing up. I told them to look after her, they told me not to worry she wont be going anywhere.

I was just putting a name with a swirl under it. Got the name done and a bit of the swirl, so will pull the swirl bit out and redo it when my machine comes home. So glad I decided to do that and not the logo on the tops for a business of our friends.
