Thanks Chris. I just added more photos since your comment. I am glad for them, as they both have good jobs and work for it. They are very charitable, but really know how to save. I think they are doing well, for not being married long, October 2010. I do hope you come back and see the rest of the photos.

Buying this house was more than what their house plans to build were. The had planned the Jack and Jill bath, but Mason was going to be on one side and the girls would have had to share a room. Sometimes OUR plans are not GOD'S plans, and His is always better, though we may not know it at the time. I am so glad they found this house, because Nora really will want her own space later, and Avery needs hers.

Marian, my house is not this large, nor do I want it to be at this stage of life.I wouldn't be able to clean it by myself. Mine is around 1700 sq feet/3 bedrooms( although 1 is converted to a sewing room) 1 1/2 baths. This one is over 3000 sq feet/ 4 bedrooms/3 full baths.-I guess if you win the lottery you could hire someone to clean it for you.-lol-Good luck!

Yes, Isabella's photo is in the living area, with the rest of the family photos, and in master bedroom I know... My daughter's X-mother-in-law was an interior decorator. Grayson's aunt is an Interior Designer. I think Ashley was born with this talent, among others, because she never had any design classes in college. I always said I hope she got a house she could decorate. I am sure she will add more, besides what she already had-lol

I can't help but be proud of all my children's accomplishments. I just don't want anyone to mistake my happiness for them. I know how cramped up the were before. No storage space to put all their belongings besides Avery's medical equipment, wheelchair, stander,feeding pole, suction machine, diapers,ensure cases,etc. With her walk-in closet and spacious room, now everything has a place and it is all contained in her room, not all over the house.

Yes, I know we are. I am bursting with joy for them. Before, I thought she wasn't a very good house keeper, but I also realize, they didn't have a place for things. Very little closet space before and small rooms. Avery chair had to be kept in the LR before, when she wasn't in it. You couldn't leave it in her room and move around the room to work, feed, clothe, etc. Her stander was wherever and same way with other stuff. You were back and forth getting what she needed. Now since it is all contained in her room and she has her own sink area, it is so much better. They say they are so much more settled and comfortable, it 'feels' like home.

I believe they do Carolyn. Little Nora even prays, its so sweet. It is prefect for them and I too, am so happy for them...Remember Avery's surgery is Tuesday, unless it is rescheduled. Pray this is the right thing to do and for it to go well. I told Ashley how proud I am of her. Making all the health decisions for Avery has to be hard, not knowing for sure if she will be really better, or worse than before. Her biological dad leaves all the decisions to Ashley, so it really rest on her shoulders. Thank God she relies on Him to carry them through. You may want to add Ashley in your prayers as it is still stressful for her to decide Avery's care.

Oh Jerrilyn, though I've read it many times, it still brings tears. I know she is safely in the arms of Jesus, but human nature naturally, makes you think what could have been, for these twin girls if they were 'normal'. Even though I wonder what might have been, I feel secure in the knowledge, that I have at least one grandchild in heaven! Even though we are born of sin, I believe she is saved by God's grace. I'm sure you believe the same... Love does abound here and I am proud/glad for their blessings.

Nancy, I told Chris below of the stuff on the mantle. It was given to them, I believe in part, because Ashley cherishes family. Grayson has 4 other married brothers, and he is also a twin, but these things were not given to any of them. Her MIL also gave her the only large photo, of Grayson's grandmother, as a baby. It is framed in the old dome shaped glass and the backing is metal, crimped around the frame. It is nothing like I've seen before. When she hangs it, I will photograph it for all to see. I have my husbands grand-parents framed photos. They too have the dome shaped glass but the backing was different. It is framed in a gold which really doesn't go with my decor, but I hung it anyway. I like them. Back then, it was amazing to be photographed.

Thank you Kim, it is very touching. The hospital NICU staff gave this to Ashley. We also have her footprints on a card. I keep mine in my bible.

lol- Avery is happy. She was in her bed when I got there yesterday, because I brought her chair to her. It had been left at my house and so... anyway, when I went in her room she was smiling, but when I spoke! she giggled and giggled because she loves me! -They really were blest, to have this opportunity to buy this house, it to meet all their needs, and within their income. God truly is an awesome God! Seven or eight years ago, none of us could have seen the future, for this then single again mom and her two living children. With belief and trust, all things are possible. So much better than before. I am blest with a great sil and stepfather to the kids. He is amazing with his care of Avery.

We appreciate all the prayers, and yes, hoping this surgery is what she needs. lol about the maid & island. I thought the same, about cutting fabric on it, but didn't go so far as to offer to be the maid!-lol-she might accept my offer, one day-lol

I like the bricks too, and can you believe, the previous owner is still having the bricks resealed, while they are in the hospital? She steamed clean it Saturday in preparation.

Yes, it seems it was meant to be or built for them. Everyone has their privacy and Avery's room is right across from the master suite. She has a camera (it is on top her wardrobe cabinet photo #17) in her room so they see her.This is something they already had. The security set up though, is good for Nora because she can reach the back outer door handle and go out. It tells which door was opened. I don't have this, but my other daughter has a security system, although a little different. She can remotely see if someone enters her home. We saw this on ID-TV the other night. A lady actually saw her home invasion and notified the police, while she was at work. Of course, they caught them red-handed, so to speak. They actually took time to eat out of her refrigerator! Pretty brazen or just plain dumb!
