I tried it and I liked it. made these zipper bags with no problems. it cuts easily, sews and embroiders just fine, I'll make more projects with it, maybe something bigger next time but I have only good things to say about it.

These look terrific. Glad you like your new fabric. Looks like it holds up well to embroidery stitching. Nice job!

These purple zip bags you've done look delightful. Wondered is this fabric oil cloth or not& wondered where you'd found the butterfly design if you don't mind sharing? Thanks for sharing your work. :~D

Love the little purse and the designs. It's one I don't have from the Purple Hat. Too bad they aren't around any more.

Nice job...but, if it is the same stuff that grocery bags are made from, it will disintegrate after about a year or so...and heat and sun will accelerate the process...hopefully, it is different...

I don't know if it's the same but it is like it, if these little bags last a year that's fine. It's just something I wanted to try and I'm happy with it

Those are so pretty I had to find out about your OLY Fun - What I found makes it perfect for lots of bags of all sizes. I will have to try
the Stores for it.
'JoAnn's Online' caries it in 10 yards and 60" wide. The 12 x 12 " squares are also there for crafting. They say it is weather resistant and can be used indoors or out. Both sides can be used, there is no white core or back side. Oly*Fun is a non woven material made with 100% polypropylene. Can be washed on gentle cycle and air dry. An iron may be used, but do so carefully on a cool or low setting with a pressing cloth. Interesting stuff. And beautiful stitched up.
