For our community baby shower. Sorry, I don't recall where the little face came from. I stitched a plain circle.Then stitched the face. I pinned ribbons with raw edges towards outside of circle and laid another piece of scrap fleece over top of this and let the circle stitch again. Had to be careful the ribbon didn't fold, turn etc. Left a hole for turning and slip stitched that after stuffing.
