Does anyone use iron on fleece? Does it shrink when washed? Do you think it can be used in placemats? Thanks

I am not familiar with this product but from the description I believe it could be used as a replacement (in some instances) for a light-weight batting.

I use it in tote bags and car trash bags but I don't have any that I have washed so I don't know about shrinkage.
