7/29 Update... They did surgery on my sister and she is doing better. She will be in the hospital until Friday on heavy antibiotics and pain meds.

I lost one on my (fur) babies on Sunday. She was 5 weeks old . Kia was the runt of the litter and I have been doing everything possible to get her up and going healthy.
I was tube feeding her high calorie prescription critical care food, infusing her with ringers when she got dehydrated. She was doing so well and growing. Sunday she crashed and had a seizure. I rushed her to the ER.... The suggested to put her down. I held her and she died in my arms before they could put her down. I was so heartbroken.
My sister helped me with Kia and when Kia had a seizure her head dropped down and she accidently clamped her teeth on my sisters thumb. Then my thumb.
12 hours later my sisters thumb was double the size and a red line was going up her arm. I rushed her to the hospital ER. They admitted her gave her huge doses of antibiotic. They had to do surgery on her thumb and put a drain in. I was so upset. My thumb is fine. She will be in the hospital for three more days.
So I have been so frazzled for days now.
