I am back from camping with my boys. The first picture is of the place I had to drive to -- just to get phone service -- it was several miles from our campsite. The second one was taken at our campsite -- one morning after it rained all night. We had quite an adventure! I missed you all but I loved the time away from all the electronics and much of the stresses in my life. It was a much needed break.

Now, I prepare to return to work, reading the 600 plus emails received while I was away and...wishing I had more time in my days for Cute and more importantly stitching! Still, I spend time with my family which is the most important to me and my job keeps me close to my boys while I earn money for more vacations and a new embroidery machine.
Hugs to you all!

Totally mystical! I am so glad you had some time for yourself. Often I find that it is easier to give it away than to prioritize all the things I may want to do and not get to.

Breathtaking photos! Will you share your location. Too many pines to be the Great Smokies. I will admit you were in the clouds. Must be out west somewhere. Kay

Welcome home and I'm so glad you had a wonderful time away. Best to enjoy life and only work to make some more money to enjoy life again! Good luck with raising some more money for your next embroidery machine. Love Chris

Thank you all for the welcome back!
We camped in the mountains of northern Utah. We are blessed here with some beautiful scenery all over our State. We were about 8000 ft where we camped.
Lots of work to do now...but it was all so worth it and I believe the peace will continue as the memories will linger and I have some photos to help me look back. Sharing some of them with you...

I see the deer? But I can watch them out my den window--drinking from the birdbath--here INSIDE the city, haha Gorgeous scenes you have posted....almost makes me want to camp out--for a few minutes!

We have deer in many of our cities and towns but they are all so easily spooked by cars (for good reasons) but this one jumped out of the way of the dirt road but then just watched us (as we had stopped to watch her) from about 15 feet away.
