***Cuties*** get ready for some changes here on Cute! We are so excited because we are going to have some additional moderators. This will help the 3 of us have time to spend with our families and embroidery machines! For more than a year it has been only 3 of us working to keep things running smoothly. Marji has been on leave for medical reasons and she does not feel well enough to return. Whenever one of us is ill or on vacation or unable to help for other reasons…it leaves too much to do for the other 2 moderators.
Right now, we are in the process of training our new helpers. Soon they will have “moderator” by their names – just like we do now. If you get a message including more than usual names – don’t panic -- it is part of their training. We are hoping that our dear Veronika will have time (soon) to announce them all to you and add their moderator labels – but until then we will continue training and blessing them for their willingness to sacrifice their time and talents for all of Cute. It is one of the hardest volunteer jobs they will ever love!

You can just copy and paste the list so you don't have to type it out or misspell any avatar names.
Please make sure to include all moderators in each PM to moderators. We will be sharing the work load and getting help fastest will mean including all of us. Plus, we will be including all moderators whenever we reply to you or message any of you -- in our role as moderators.

This is such wonderful news Moderators. I'm thrilled to see one of the Aussies on here in Marianne (greysewist). With us being so far ahead in time we usually see things up on here first. It is always better to divide the work over more people. I only can imagine how hard it must be to keep an eye on this site 24/24 day after day, to keep everything as it should be, to protect the site, the people who " live" here. One tips I would like to give/ask is : is it possible on the start page, or somewhere to post the names of the moderators so we can find the easily ? Good luck to the newbies !!

I do know that it is still being worked on...but that doesn't have anything to do with this announcement. This is just so Cuties will know there are many helpers here now -- so we can all get a chance to spend time with family and stitch a bit too.

Unfortunately, the only help we as moderators can be on the DBC is to take care of other issues here on Cute so that the owner has time to work on the DBC and all of her websites. Thank you for your patience. I hope all Cuties will be patient (with various things like glitches and missing files) as she has been working very hard on this project for all of us.
