We have the end of term on the 18th September here. Australia has 4 terms a year. I know America has their major summer vacation now, but here in Australia we have these dates.

1st term - Tuesday 27 January - Thursday 2 April.
2nd term - Monday 20 April - Friday 26 June
3rd term - Monday 13 July - Friday 18 September
4th term - Tuesday 6 October - Wednesday 16 Dec.

Hi Chris, That's so funny. I would love to plant Petunias but I get a very bad rash from them, so I just admire them from a distance.
Thankyou for sharing

Oh! you poor thing - I'm allergic to about 7 grasses and I can never remember which ones they are, I come out in huge welts! So I can understand your problem with the Petunias. Love Chris

No cats were harmed in the taking of this picture. They love to loll on dirt or potting soil. I'm guess these are half-grown litter mates.

I think those cats are a little pot-bound, Chris. You may need a bigger one :) It's a beautiful day in Melbourne (so far anyway, rain expected later). I've been out potting and weeding with the eager assistance of one grey tabby -sometimes the weeds become quite 'prickly', with more assistance than really required for the job :)
