Update..no longer need help. Rep from Embrilliance called folowing my email, and he worked quite a while in my computer---BUT, he updated and got everything working for me. Wonderful service!!I *****have a double dose of frustration. Does anyone have Win10 and have installed the Thumbnailer (Embrilliance) program? I've tried 4 times and get no images no matter what. I have set it to run in Win7 compatibility mode--won't work. I NEVER DID get it to work in Win7 Pro a few months ago--before I upgraded to "10". At that time, I requested help from the company and got instructions, but it failed over and over until I just gave up. Now I'm trying again with this new OS. If anyone has suggestion before I bother the Embrilliance people again, I would truly appreciate it. I have managed to get all my other softwares installed easily. TIA

It was a job I could have never done. He took over access to the computer and worked for30-45 min, at least. I gathered an extra phone in case my battery failed. There wasn't much I did at my end. I could watch as he went into the registry and set up every format. Seems I had an older version and he upgraded free. Now I can see inside my zipped folders! Could not before. I love Thumbnailer.

Glad you got the first issue worked out and hope either someone here or else calling the service rep to get help with having the thumbnailer pictures show up for you. Think I will be waiting a while to see just how well Windows 10 works out for others before I actually down load myself. Computer changes can be so difficult, it seems like they address some issues, but in so doing, they create whole other problems. Good Luck with getting the problems and kinks worked out. Pam

Hi Awesome1, have you tried a great programme called SewIconz? They are wonderful and you get to see all your thumbnails, etc.
I'll put up a link for them. Great service and you can get them to help if need be. Love Chris

Thank you--I'm aware of the SewIconz, but I have used Thumbnailer since Noah landed the boat and been very happy with it. The problem I had was an older program....AND Win10. I'm back in business and doing the happy dance now as he upgraded me for fre

I love Embrilliance for my MAC as it is a lot easier to use than my HV 4D program. And as you experienced, the service is terrific. Would recommend to anyone. Hugs. Nan W
