Hi airyfairy, emblibrary.com have a number of telephones in machine embroidery. Just punch in phones in the search design area and a whole page of different ones come up.

Thank you all so much for your time and effort. I now have a good collection of telephones which I can show the lady who is making telephone directory covers for the fair for the old peoples home at the end of this month.
