a big thank you to Caroline for her help & the next time I will not be using Linen to make a hankie. The designs are all from The Needle Of Anne & I did enlarge the center flower just a little. As you can see I cut too close a couple of times so I will have to go over the edges again. sigh....... Cutwork is good if you know what your doing but it's plain to see I need more practice. Next time I will do as suggested by Caroline & use a cotton/poly blend maybe that will make it easier to work with plus next time I will make the outside edge wider. maybe a 1.25. @least I was smart enough to use a lighter colour thread on the outside makes the flaws less noticable. I started by making the square on my fabric with an air erasable marker & I have to say the square is not perfect lol but it is not too bad & I will mark the next one the same as I think for me it helped a lot

Looks good to me. I find that every project is a learning experience for me. Trick is to remember what I had learned, Enjoy your hankie

Yours is great! Nice delicate designs. I'm have a horrific time trying to learning cutwork and how trim those edges without cutting the threads.
