This is a very quick and easy bag I made today. Shirlene wanted to know how they were made so I did one with instructions and photos. If any one wants the instructions (in PDF file) they are very welcome. This idea lends itself to a whole heap of different versions for the one bag.

Ricky, this is a lovely bag and thank you for the pdf instructions - I still can't believe that you would go to all that trouble to make them and this bag up for me to learn how to make this cute bag. What a darling satchel. I plan to make bags for Christmas gifts...we are all trying to cut down on paper and plactic here..so some extra satchels should be welcome. I'll try to e-mail for the pattern too.
