Hi Cuties, I made this Quilt a number of years ago, I used 5" squares, sewed them all together in a random effect, then placed it on top of some backing material, then placed the faux suede border around it. The next step was to Machine Embroider all the Autumn Leave on to it before I finished it with some narrow binding.
The Autumn Leaves are from Husqvarna
Thankyou for looking

When I made this quilt I had only been Machine Embroidering for such a short time, I was a little scared that I would stuff it up.
I'm so glad it turned out so well.

(Lorraine, since this has machine embroidered leaves, you could have put it in projects had you desired. Not necessary, though.)
I'm still trying to find my way around the different box's, I'll get the hang of it eventually.

You should try it, it isn't to hard for beginners to do, just sew some squares together, any size you like, the bigger the quicker of course. Then put a backing on it. Lastly, you can stitch in between the seams or as I have done Embroider all over it.
