Sarah as your spring arrives my summer has gone. Today is wet and cold. Love your tree, its beautiful. Please what is it as on a close up I don't think I recognise it.

It is called Petrea Volubilis (Purple Wreath) originally comes from tropical America. The one behind is what is locally named May. We have had an extremely hot day today but will be in jerseys again tomorrow. Good to have you here.

These are beautiful trees. Of course I love the purple blooms.
In my area we are hoping fall and the long awaited rain will arrive soon. Hopefully it will help the fireman put out the fires burning all around us.

I'm very aware of the fires burning in America Angie. It's been on our news a lot lately. As you know Australia has dreadful bush-fires due to our numerous gum trees all around the country. Love Chris

Your trees are beautiful. I find it fun to experience Fall while the other half of the world is experiencing Spring. Keep these beautiful pictures coming. All too soon our Northern Cuties will be buried under snow and need to see some of God's beauty.

Wow, Sarah I love your May bush. Mum has hers in flower too. Your gorgeous Purple Petrea is stunning too. My Wisteria is beginning to bloom, can't wait. All my garden is Purple, Blue, Yellow and White!
