HERE IT IS, my new house. I have posted pictures of the outside, will post inside when I get around to taking them.

#5- My darling hubby who is so excited about making his first fire.
This is our dream home and I am excited to share it with you all.

Oh, Michelle, I love it!! So serene with these beautiful views of nature! Truly a paradise to enjoy, for sure! I am a country girl, so my heart yearns for wide open spaces! Hope you and your hubby love your new home!! Having lived in the middle of 10 tree laden rural acres for the past 48 years, I cannot imagine living elsewhere!! We moved here from the city where we had a 5000 square foot lot and now we have 49000 sq, ft. so it is quite a change.
We are not on the side of the road, the house is located down a private little road about 400 ft. from the main road so it it very private. We are amazed at the tranquility we have here.

The inside is pretty nice as well other than the kitchen which is the only downside of the new house. Before we purchased it though I had hubby agree that we would renovate it and this means than I get the kitchen of my dreams after I get the sewing room of my dreams. Can't get any better thn that,

Beautiful legs, that is because you are not seeming them up close lol. This is the Yamaska River and it is a slow running river where we will be able to canoe, kayak, small motor boating or just watch others do it all. I am not sure I will venture out other than in a small boat. We have a beautiful landing at the bottom of our lot to get on the river. We are high enough that flooding is never a problem so that is another plus. This is just everything we could ever have dreamed of and it is ours, God has spoiled us and we are soooooo grateful,

Part one of the sewing room worked on yesterday, we had some water treatment equipement moved so as to make more space for my sewing room. It will be in the basement as ''Happy'' needs to be on solid ground. The vibrations are mot good for house structure so don't want it on the main floor and this way I get a lot more room. There are 3 windows down there and the electrican comes in next week so I will get lots of lighting added.
It will be spectacular and hopefully not take to long to complete.
