Sewing and Embroidery combined.

A friend of mine asked me to make some cute cosmetic bags and travel curling iron cases for her to give as thank you gifts to her bridesmaids. I had purchased the embroidery designs last year for christmas gifts from Pickle Pie Designs (ITH Projects). Of course as soon as I agreed to make the bags, my machine had to go to the shop for repairs. I was able to finish the travel curling Iron covers on my machine, but the little cosmetic bags still needed to be completed. So I used my mothers embroidery machine to stitch the monograms on the bags and made stitched them up on my sewing machine. Been a while since I've done old school sewing. Might just have to pull out the old sewing machine more often. Where there's a will there's a way
