Mmmmmm, I love beets. Lucky you, looks like you won't need to venture outside while old man winter is covering us in snow. You should be well stocked for any conditions now.

Yep, gotta put up some ginger bread girls, 'cause winter (Christmas) is coming. You've been a busy girl. Ever tried Bacon and fresh beets and onions together in a casserole? Yum!

These are really pretty... nice job. Did these come from your garden? I would love to have a cold room.... we have about 3 foot craw space under one end of our house, but I'm afraid here in the south it wouldn't get cold enough....
Wonderful job. thanks for sharing you wonderful work. Take care and try not to work to hard. Mechille

Wow, Carolyn, you have quite a cold room of preserves for the winter months. Hope you can get a little well deserved rest before Christmas comes.

Another yum yum for me. Pickled beets are to me like peanuts are to others . I simply can't eat a little without wanting a lot Many times I've opened a jar in the morning and by night would have eaten the entire jar alone.

Carolyn, I haven't done my pickled beets yet but will have to pretty soon. Right now I'm trying to keep up with the tomatoes and today I made spaghetti sauce! I should take pictures like you do...hehehe! Anyway I think you are absolutely amazing AND you produce so many sewing items on top of it. Blessings to you from BC. Avis

You must not have too much space in your pantry now. You make me tired just thinking about what you do in a day. Your so organised Carolyn. Take a well deserved rest and smell the roses as they say. Cheers Sandra.
