I was able to get another bib made today, in between working and babysitting. I wanted to show this design would work for anytime, not just Halloween, by using different colors. I'm sure she would say she'd 'hang out' anytime! The bat is pink with white dots, but it looks different here. I stipple quilted it, after I made it, just like I did the other one.I just love this little bats nose! (close-up photo)-I also tried those vinyl key fobs. Just snapped it here on my purse for you to see. I haven't used it yet, but I am pleased how well it turned out and how quick, too. Hope you don't mind looking again-Toogie

It was free at the time I got it, but I think it's $3.50 now, and that might be a sale price. I will try to add the link, but I can't on this comment. I will have to edit and add at the top post...I like it too for all year round, since sometimes her Pops puts her a Christmas bib, at Easter, etc-lol

I was going to omit stitching the fangs on this one, but I was paying attention when I changed colors and the fangs are stitched first. Oh well, maybe next time. I really like this design combination, of applique and stitching.

Love the Toogie fob! And I agree, the bib design is one to used all year. It is really cute, and you did a great job with the stippling. Was it the free motion method?

Yes, it was. I just dropped my feed dog and wandered around. Thanks for looking and you hit down on the B instead of up on the T, it's Toogie, but I'm sure you know that. If my words didn't light up read, when I hit the wrong key, no telling what you'd read here.-lol

Oh TOOGIE, I am sorry (again). I actually did spell it correctly when I typed my note. However, when I use the small screen, I can't always see that auto-correct function has changed what I wrote. I tried to turn it, but it doesn't want to stay turned off for some reason. So, I have to type more words, then go back and correct. Sometimes I miss a few. So sorry!! I'll fix it now...

The bib is cute - colors can change a design so much. The key fob goes perfectly with your lovely purse. Great work :)

I think it goes together well too, thanks. I agree about color changing the look. It's kind of like when our teacher passed out our coloring sheets. It was always fun to see what colors each of us used. Thanks for looking-Toogie

Try free motion at your high/fast speed setting. I find if I do it at a lower/slower speed, I make too long of stitches. Don't look too good at mine though. On a dark fabric like the cell phone bags I have in Sewing, I don't see very well on dark and I crossed over a line a couple of times. I also have days, when I don't have the control I would like to have. Just practice, I find it very relaxing, for me anyway. Just keep trying and good luck, you can do it-Toogie

Toogie, I looked for this darling design but no longer a freebie--I just passed up some of that fabric/plether? but wished I'd bought a piece now. Love your tag---but--I want the purse it is attached to-----LOVE IT!!!

I got the vinyl at Hancock Fabrics flat fold table. It was $5. yard and 60" wide so you don't need much. Better get some but this brown color was a little thick for my snaps. It had like a felt backing and double was almost too thick, for my snaps. I'm sending you a pm(if I don't forget-lol)
