Good morning Cuties-A few weeks ago I posted my presser story, from my SIL (link below). Today I am showing you I made a new cover for it. I knew I had this reflective fabric and finally got a chance to make it, using the old cover, for my pattern. Don't you think it looks a lot better? I don't like the line you see where it has been folded, though, but at least there is no more hole! By the way, it's still ironing great. Have a good day, Cuties-Toogie

You are smart!!! I have always wanted one - I remember my Grandmother and Aunt using one - everything was crisp and starched! Hugs, Laura*

My SIL was the smart one to get it for a dollar! I know I paid more than that for the fabric!-lol-I have been using it for hubby's jeans, school uniforms, etc. I sometimes press mine in the mornings, so they will be warm for me to put right on. I can't tolerate cold and we have been having some cool mornings.

Love it. The next time your SIL finds a bargain tell him I will adopt him for the day. :) Becky

Nice job with the cover, i usually make two at a time. So i can always have one ready incase i have some disaster, and stick something to it which does happen with me from time to time. I still only use an old fashioned ironing board. Sandra.
