Can someone else check for me Advanced Embroidery designs. I bought the Summer Fashion designs some time ago and lost it when I had computer problems. I have been on their site and there is no log in section that I can see and the contact us button tells me it isn't correct. I was hoping to see if I could download them again as I have with all the other sites. Just need to know it is not me doing something wrong.

They send you the designs via email. The link below is to their Frequently Asked Questions page. It also gives you an email address to contact them if you aren't able to find your original email.

I am still getting the message default email not properly loaded. I have tried every contact us in their pages. Apart from phoning from Australia I am stuck.

can you try to get it from a different browser? I can't get into Sonia's right now because my security has blocked them, could it be your system too? I have emailed mine to see if they can fix it once again for me. Best of luck to you ~hugs~

Thanks to cfidl from here I now have my lost designs. She was able to call them and pass on my Email address. They have sent me everything I had ordered in the past.
Very good customer service from them. Which is great when so many of us order on line from outside of the USA.
