The cat is from Embroidery Library (http://www.emblibrary.com/el/Products.aspx?Catalog=Emblibrary&ProductID=h7745), the spider was a freebie from Sewforum, I think, (don't remember, but if you do a search, there are some really cute ones there), and the witch is Amazing Designs.
