Friend asked me to embroider some names on face cloths she had bought. Each one was labeled with the correct spelling and the colour of thread required. I like it when someone knows what they want

They look great and your friend will love them. Very professional looking collection.

I agree - it's a bit annoying when someone says to just put "something" on it, without giving you any suggestions for what they would like. Fortunately, your friend understands this and knew what she wanted before asking you to do the job.

Love them Sarah. I'm like you. I hate it when someone asks me to do something and then when it comes to choices I hear " well what do you think?"/Lillian

Hope so as she is insisting that she pay me........
by pennyhal2 09 Oct 2015
Work work is worth paying for! If you don't take the money, she would probably be shy to ask you to do more work for her. Maybe it's time to start thinking about what your fees sould be so that you can be consistant with your prices in the future.

Thank you Loralye. Hooped tearaway, stuck face cloth to tearaway. Marked the center point on each cloth before I started.

Thank you. I thought the names would take up less room right at the bottom.

I like these monograms in the corner because ME can be rough on your skin. A great way to keep everyone's things separate.

I have also experienced that and in the end I told the person I was not interested.

I kind of wish I could do that, but is a good friend. I'm just glad she hasn't asked for it to be done ASAP

Love your Facecloths, especially the font you used. Is the Font you used one from your machine or did you buy it? If you bought it do you remember the name of the font?
