Made myself a new doily for under my salt lamp in the bathroom (we use it as a night light)I finished yesterday painting it green and making new curtains just two more pieces of trim and the bathrooms done.:):)Thanks for LQQKING Hugs Carolyn

It is really a soft green was thinking to change the color but i have almost a gallon of paint so its green still lol hugs

Your mat looks really pretty, almost too pretty to hide beneath the lamp. But, what an interesting lamp. Isn't it nice to 'renew' a room! I know that you must be very pleased, now you can take a nice long bath and enjoy the 'new' bathroom.

That's a great idea. I have one of the lamps in a bedroom and there is virtually no dust within 6 feet of it. Mine is sitting on a placemat, but it may just need a facelift. :)

It is a big hard hunk of salt from the salt mines in some country it has a calming effort on us:);)
