I thought you might like to see what I came up with the repair our camping chairs ,the backs ripped while we where away last week and hubby said lets just throw them out ,I told him I could fix them up to get a little longer out of them ,the designs come from Embroidery Library ,thanks for looking

Nice work. Where did you get the owl designs? I've been asked to do an owl on a bag and I have no owls in my files.

Fantastic! I've made a couple of chairbacks and the biggest problem is for me has been the sun deteriorating the fabric. I did find a product online that you can spray on them for a sun block...but can't remember its name right now. Those owls are so perfect for this that I sure would want to keep them for a long long time!

I have used Denim ,they will under the awning of the van so should last a little while I did do it double too

Why throw away a good item when you can fix & improve it ,so easily .We have a fold up chair that is so comfortable ,It is on its 3rd cover ,the metal has been repainted with kill rust & it is over 20yrs old.Have tried to buy a new one but never found one yet.
