Wanted to share these cute piccies from Delphi's 2nd birthday party on Saturday just gone. She is such a little beauty. Love Chris
P.S. We had coloured hairspray and I got Purple, naturally!

Thanks Sarah, she had an absolute ball - as did all the kids who were there. Amy is a wonderful parent and made sure they were all busy with games, painting, toys, craft, and the hair. We also had a bubble blowing machine as Delphi's nickname is "Bubbles"! Love Chris

Thanks Fatima, we had a great day. Unfortunately Ben and his family couldn't be there and neither could Dana and Jason. As we were babysitting them we decided to take them in with us. The foreshore in Newcastle is just beautiful and we were lucky it stayed slightly overcast but still with a warmish wind. Everyone loved the purple hair - I told them they'd never get me to have a purple rinse put in my hair!!!!!! Yikes, it makes me look older and it was a mess getting it out, it went like cement!!!! It looked like the perfect day to have a party. Where does the time go they are little babies one moment and grown the next. Purple hair suits you, I often threatened my DH with doing this as he jokes because I'm almost completely grey that I belong to the blue rinse set. Marian

Thanks Suzanne, yes it was great fun, notice it's only us silly old buggars who did it! None of the parents or their friends got involved! It took me 2 washes to get it out and it was like cement by the time I got home! Love Chris

Thanks Gerry, we had a lovely day and didn't leave till nearly 7.00pm. It's Daylight saving time here in Australia and the sun is not setting till after 7.00 at the moment. Love Chris

He he he, I can't say it wasn't fun, because it was. There are so many colours nowadays to choose from. Just have to make sure you don't get too much of it on your clothes, hence the beach towel wrapped around us. Love Chris

What fun! Looks like the kids were having a blast which made smiles all around. You can see Delphi must have had tummy flip flops on the swing- So very cute- Thank You for showing off all the family gatherings. LOL Just a terminology difference- In our area of the states, Tummy flip flops is describing the feeling of your insides when swinging or also may be used like saying you have butterflies in your stomach, when in love. The feeling that your insides are turning over- though in a good way not a sick way. Such a sweet little cutie! Pam

Looks like you all had a great time. Years ago in a previous life I was a hairdresser. I too had purple hair. It was the permanent kind. We had a hair/fashion show. But I think by the photos you had way more fun. Purple lovers unite . ROFL my pigtails off.
