Fall is in the air in Alabama. Finally had to concede and turn on the heat. Sugartoes, who has had a laissez-faire attitude toward the small creatures of the woods all during the heat of summer, has suddenly turned to chipmunks for his daily entertainment. And he delivers them to the back door for my approval. [;) Turns out, he's got a bit of hunter in him after all.

Sugar is a gray stripey cat, with four white boots and a bit of white on his belly. He has beautiful points and markings on his face and has turned into quite an affectionate cat since losing his sibling, Dubba.
That explains him bringing his trophies to you. Did not think the chipmunks would be small enough. My former cat loved to bring me the mice she killed. Yikes. Could not convince her that I loved her even without her signs of affection.
