hit F5 button & this will refresh your page, these function numbers are located @ the top row of your keyboard. ~hugs~

I think, in your case, Carolyn it means hit F5 and take a 15 minute break from computing AND stitching. hehehe.

Also...at the top of the page...where you type in the address of the site you want....there is a circular arrow icon that is also the refresh button in case you forget the F5 like I do sometimes.

If you already have your mouse ready, this might be your quickest solution. Although as everyone has said, F5 works just the same.
