this question is for anyone with a Janome 12000. I have just learned that there is an update for this it is so it will be Compatibility with Essential Hoop (RE18). I think this hoop is from the 11000 but I am not sure? Has anybody done this & am I right in saying the hoop RE18 is from the 11000. If you did update yours do you have any tips for me

That hoop is 140mm x 180mm. They call it "the essential hoop" but it is an optional extra for the 15000! If you already have 140mm x 200mm it isn't really worth it.
