Last week someone posted a link to crochet flowers made with ring pulls and I'm really sorry I've forgotten who.
Here is mine. It was rather fiddly and I'm not sure it was worth the effort!

I tried one of these but didn't like making it, it made my fingers sore,those metal tabs are sharp and jagged
