Seeking advice on serging burlap stockings. I've read so much conflicting information on it. I tried a three thread stitch and it just kept falling apart. I'm wondering if I should give up and just sew it but I don't want that mess in my expensive machines. The burlap I got both at hobby lobby and Joanns are loose weaves.

Thanks,

I am not sure what you mean with "serving" burlap stocking. If you meant sewing I still am not sure what the problem is. I have embroidered as well as sewed with burlap, but I had stabilizer between. Maybe a little more detail would help.

Ha, ha that changes things and I know what you are talking about with auto correct. Sorry as far as the serger is concerned I can not help.
BTW do you know you can edit your post. Click on "Add comment" and choose edit. Hopefully someone will come along to help.
