This zipped purse has a secret inside - a collection of useful pockets. It is made in two hoopings, (as the back is quilted as well as the front), has no raw edges inside and needs just a tiny bit of hand sewing to finish it off.

Mine is made in chambray with a variegated thread. It also has a couple of spaces for you to add a monogram or other small design.
Hope you like it.

Very nice purse. Variegated threads look good especially along the zip.

I am so glad you are so talented. This way I can keep on dreaming that I will have time someday to stitch out some of the files I collected. Thank you.

very nice one Sue. I am thinking to make a small purse for my teenage grand-daughters to put about 3 or 4 little tampons in their school bag or hand bag.

Great idea.

The central section could be customised for that exact use.

Hello Sue, on the step where we put the liner says on the instruction:
Cover the whole design area with the piece of lining fabric—face down.
Should we put only one piece of fabric face down, or two pieces of lining face to each other and than face down? Do you understand what I mean?
Hugs Bela

I understand - it is just one piece. The lining covers the back of the purse - the front is already double fabric.
Hope that is clear.

OK, thanks a lot Sue
the instruction is clear but you know , my English is terrible and I was afraid I made something wrong
Love Bela
