I've also been working on fleece throws for the grandkids and finally have the first one done of the nine I need to make. It was a little hard to get the label on the finished throw so I have to do the others some other way, like putting the label on before I start

It is an applique design but I got ahead of myself and tied the two sides together.
Then I had to fight with all the weight of the quilt to put the label on. Now I know better and will do the label before I start to put the two layers together. Sometimes we have to learn the hard way.

Lovely - I just put a monogram on a fleece blanket and had to undo quite a bit to get the embroidery on it. It does make a big difference on a blanket to have that little something extra. :)
