This is my first attempt at zipper purse. Thank you to Fatima. This is a fabulous bag. Does anyone but me close their eyes when stitching over the zipper? This is from my scanner--took pics but DH has not sent them to my computer yet so I hope it loads good. My strap I made was too wide but that is a lesson learned.

This has become a very nice zipper purse . Yes , to me it was similar for 1st time with the zipper . But luckily everything went well . And the next time we are also no longer so uncertain :-)

No problems at all with a longer zip--was so scared to break a needle but not a hitch at all.

Very nice, love your fabrics. I work with endless zippers since years, so I have no problem to stitch over the zipper.

I figured you'd see this so haven't directly sent the pic to you. I'm loving it and now zipper fear is over.

Looks great. Love the fabric choice. Think you do a great scan job too. Maybe santa outta get you a camera and a card reader if you don't have one on your pc or,printer . They sell them separate and hubby could set you up so it is simple just pop in card from camera in the reader and poof up comes folder asking simple save or import to folder of your choice and tada you could be a real photographer in no time.

Thank you for all your comments. I've been so scared of these zip things but thanks to Fatima I've gotten over it now. Her design was easy to do. Looking forward now to doing more.
