I bought a membership to Amazing Designs but can't get my free designs what is the method for ordering with a membership? I sent in a message but haven't gotten a response. Need help please any one!!

At Amazing Emb Designs...log in...click on design you want...on design page...on right there is a green Download tab...click on it...then on right click on your format...it should download for you to save...Do not put anything in a cart!
