A HUGE THANKYOU TO THOSE WHO PRAYED FOR ME TODAY

It's now 9.43pm Friday night. My MRI went from 3.30pm till 4.45 and I slept the whole time. I felt a sense of calm and peace as I knew there were many of you praying for me

I receive all the MRI images but the report was being emailed to my Doctor. As it's Saturday tomorrow she is not on duty. I will have to ring early Monday morning to make an appointment on Tuesday. I've got a few things this weekend so am taking it easy. Dana has decided not for me to babysit the children tomorrow night and Jason is going to stay home. I'll lead the singing at the Carol service but come home straight after and Sunday after the service we have our op shop luncheon. reliefAgain I'll only stay for the food and run. Then of course Monday is my annual ladies luncheon. Trevor has offered to go out and get the drinks and meats etc. for me on Monday morning as I like fresh chicken, ham and turkey. I'll get him to get the drinks Sunday afternoon so they can be chilled over night. Then once I see the doctor hopefully I can get some relief of some kind. Thanks once again for the prayers I really appreciate it. Love Chris

So glad the MRI went so well you were able to sleep! I am thankful to also see that you are able to let others step up and help where they are able. I know just how hard that step can be and grateful you were able to take that step. Praying that the solution to the issue is not a difficult one but hopefully Physical Therapy and learning ways to help your body. Prayers continuing. (((Hugs))) Pam

I was hoping you would have relief by now. A few days of neuro pain is enough to stop most of us in our tracks. Get well soon!

Pleased to hear your MRI went well. I was thinking of you. Hope you can get some relief when you get the results. Mine has flared up again as it always does when I travel. It must be the sitting in the car. I will stay at home as much as I can, but living in the country there are time travelling just cannot be avoided. Hugs Shirley

Normally I would reply to you all, but please forgive me as it's too painful to sit. I'm actually standing up just to type this. I'm resting and Dana has said I don't have to come tonight - thank God. I've also rung my Priest and told her I just can't do the Carols, she understands. I'll just go to the luncheon after church but can stand for that if I want.to. The luncheon is all planned for Monday and the table is set. It looks lovely this year, it's red, green gold and silver. Can't wait till next week and I can just relax. Love Chris

P.S. Thank you just doesn't seem enough, but you know what my heart feels for you all. Love is unconditional and I know how much you all mean to me. May our God continue to bless all our lives. Love C

Found out what is wrong with me - I have a highly inflamed Gluteus Minimum muscle. Basically it's a pain in the a..e!!!! I got to see Doctor yesterday as she was on call at the surgery and as i needed my blood pressure pills etc. I thought I'd get them both at the same time. So she gave me another script for Tramadol and my BP pills. She suggested to me to have a Physiotherapist give me a gentle massage on my bottom - and it may take weeks to heal!!!!! I am to do no heavy lifting, vacuuming lifting grocery bags etc. So Trev is doing everything for me. I'm just going to bed as i can't get comfortable. Once again thanks for all your ongoing prayers. Love Chris
