We are having a baby boom at work. I am adding two quilts that I have made for the babies. One is a jungle themed quilt and the other lady is doing a woodland animal quilt.

Beautiful Quilts. The Bird one is unusual I have never seen one done this way. With 4-3-2-then 1 at the top.

Owl quilt designs came from www.nicolesdesigns.nl The Jungle Buddies are from Sew Inspired by Bonnie. Both sets were well digitized and sewed out without a hitch. Glitterflex is a type of fabric that fuses to the base fabric. It was great for these appliques and I was a bit nervous about putting it through the washer and dryer but it came through both very well and became very soft and pliable. Sew Inspired by Bonnie has the glitterflex and a video tutorial on how to use it.

Oh my goodness. Really love these. I like how the owls are sitting on a limb and that you didn't fill all the blocks. Kinda looking through a window. Cool

I just wanted to pop back in and thank everyone for the very nice comments on my baby quilts. They were gifted at the shower and were well received. I had fun making them. All the nice comments may change me from a shy lurker to a more active, more confident participant!
Thank you all.

Gorgeous quilts! I love the way that you created the 3D illusion with the Attic Windows and the owl designs. Thanks for sharing your work with us.... My favorite part of the day is taking a look at what others have created!
