I have been very slow going this year because of my torn muscle so I am especially thankful for good friends. My dear friend offered to come help me get caught up so we were able to finish another fleece blanket. This one is for oldest sil I think I only have 2 more to finish. they take quite a long time to make, we spent over 4.5 hours each working on this. I did one last year for our youngest & they all liked it so much they have asked for their own so this year I hope to finish one for them all

It does take a long time. I turn fleece blankets, an then top stitch. I think the knots get in the way.

I like the look of the knots so I guess it's worth the extra time it takes. Thanks Christine I hope that you post yours too ~hugs~

I like the look of the knots too. My grandkids ((all 9 of them) are getting one for Christmas. I have been doing about one a week so my wrists can rest in between.
