Amen to that. !. I have to take frequent time outs because my back speaks loudly. YOU'VE GOT TO SIT DOWN AND PUT YOUR FEET UP SO THE PAIN WILL EASE UP, THEN YOU CAN DO SOME MORE!! I listen and it helps. Lots of things do not get done but that doesn't matter anymore. I'm a nicer person when I'm not in excruciating pain. LoL. Thanks Gerry/Lillian
