Hi Liz.........I have started converting to VP3 format along with all the other formats about a month ago.....feel free to purchase any design, and if you don't receive the format you need, just email me and I can email whatever format you need.....I don't know why I have not received any of your inquiries, as I do get others........PM me and I will give you the email address that you should be using....
