My husband bought me a large roll of wss that I found out was vilene. My life is now complete. Designs are from Sick and Emblibrary.

These lace designs are beautiful. You did a nice job stitching them out. FSL is a lot of fun to make. Your husband is a good man to buy you wss.

Thank you! I always wanted to stitch FSL but couldn't afford the wss. Yes, FSL is a lot of fun. Watching it stitch out from nothing is amazing. My husband somehow found it for me not knowing what it was. He's a keeper.

That was a very useful purchase! I trust he got a good pat on the back to encourage more of that kind of behaviour in the future :)

Very nicely done - great husband. Wish mine took a little more interest but at least he wears the shirts I have embroidered for him and lets everyone know his wife made them. :)

Dear Maria, now with you using Vilene I thought that can't be washed out as it's not that fibrous. So how can you use Vilene as water soluble solvy? Love Chris

I just thought it was vilene from what I saw online. There's no name on the roll. But it's an almost paper/fabric type of wss. Almost looks like a thin paper towel. It washes away very easily. Maybe it could be the sulky fabri-solvy. It's a generic no name huge roll.

Thank you so much. I would choose embroidery supplies over just about anything anyday. I hope Santa brings you some wss. Merry Christmas!
