Quilted this large old printed Santa panel & embroidered Callum on white minkie type fabric for a friends 1yr old grandson.Lined it as well.
It turns out his mother had a similar one but can't remember what happened to it because she has moved around the world a few times.

The top was already curved,So I traced around the top & extended it upwards for the required amount & included the seam allowance.The name was done using my 4D extra software which also allows you to shape the word.To make sure that the name was in the right place ,I embroidered it first on the fabric & then used the pattern I made for the top to cut it out .
