My sister-in-law is going to an overnight visit to a group home & to help ease the worry our youngest daughter thought a bag of some things for her to do might make her feel more comfortable. Everything must have her name on it so of course I had to embroider her name on this book bag. The font is Heart Alphabet (not sure where it comes from as it is an old file (2012) but it is one of my favorites. I thought it went well with the outside fabric hearts & Butterflies. I love adding ribbon to the straps I think it adds another dimension to the bag & as always all my bags are reversible. I think the turtle fabric adds just a touch of whimsy too

we have just come from giving Elaine her new bag & she was quite thrilled with it & can't wait to take it to her sleep over.
