New Year's Resolution
I keep trying to return to my former productivity, but life just seems to interfere. Well, I am going at least to try to post some of my projects.
First is a cheap way of making stand up stuffed items. Many of you probably already do this, but I thought it is such a neat and tidy trick that somebody might like to see it.

Thank you. Anything flat and round and washable would do....You can adjust the size of the turning hole to the diameter of your flat piece.

This is a neat idea, thanks for sharing. I'm still a little confused though. Is the bird completely made then the chip that is encased in felt sewed to the bottom?

Thank you. After you've stuffed your item but before you close the turning hole, you place the prepared felt piece... lining up the edges of both, then stitch closed.

Thank you. I had wanted to find an alternative to the cardboard that is often recommended. This idea popped into my head, but I have been using it for years. Besides, I have found that whenever I think of something, someone else also has the same idea, so I thought most people would have run across it.

Thank you. Here in the States, you can find them everywhere. I took these from the children's gaming jar. It is filled with checkers, chess pieces, little wood dots, Monopoly pieces and all sorts of stuff.
