I just received the newsletter from Kreations by Kara...one of my favorite sites...unfortunately Kara Sutton, the creative spirit behind the website has passed away of a heart attach at 57...such a loss...my heartfelt condolences to her family who will continue on with both Kreations by Kara and Ravens Nest...truly sad to hear....there is a tribute design link in the newsletter...

I received the news also & was shocked. Condolences to her family. It seems 2015 wasn't a good year for a lot of people. As a lot of you know I lost my Son in law the same month. Lets hope 2016 brings joy to all.

I have just opened my emails (9.30am Saturday morning). This email didn't arrive in my inbox till 3.05am this morning and I was also devastated to read this tragic news.

Kara's family has my deepest sympathy. I was so saddened by the news of her passing. Kreations by Kara has always been one of my most favorite sites with the loveliest designs ever created. May the Lord bless each of her family with a special strength and peace during this difficult time. Gone too soon, but it is all in the Lord's plan, not ours.

Kara has been an inspiration to so many of us stitchers and digitizers and her vision will be sorely missed.....Raven's Nest is awesome as well, so am pleased her legacy lives on through her daughter and DIL.......

Yes I also received the newsletter with the sad announcement of her passing...FORTUNATELY as it said in the newsletter she had taught her daughter and I think daughter in law much of what she knew. God has something else for her spirit to do now still very sad.
