I made a purchase yesterday from gorgeous stitches and am still waiting for the download link. i have emailed admin but still waiting for a response. I have never purchased from them before so is this normal for this site? My order still comes up as processing with payment as being received.
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
Update: after a couple of email this is finally all sorted. Download links have now appeared even though my account still says processing. Now I need to get stitching!

Hmmm, I have not purchased for a bit of time, but have made several purchases from them over the years...as I recall I received a message on the purchase screen that said something like...do not close this link before you download...scroll down for your download link...I always downloaded at the same time I made the purchase before I left the payment area...If you haven't heard back in 24 hours, I would e-mail them again...or if you paid by PayPal (which I do) open a grievance with PayPal and they will contact them for you...

Thanks so much. Yes I remember now I did receive that screen but it had no download link and my order number on there was blank. I waited for several mins but nothing so I clicked somewhere else where it said if you are having trouble click here. Then nothing still. Well looks like I will have to wait a bit more.
